About Our Glove

We recommend using the WR Silk Exfoliator once a week to maintain the equilibrium of your skin.

100% natural silk viscose (no silk worms were harmed!)
Silk viscose actually originates from wood pulp - meaning our gloves are vegan and biodegradable.

Our gloves are handmade in Turkey using traditional methods and packaged in Malaysia.

To keep your glove in tip top condition we recommend rinsing with warm water and hanging to dry after each use.
For a more thorough wash (recommended once a week), use a gentle detergent, and soak in warm water. Rinse off any remaining detergent, stretch back into shape and hang to dry.
Do not machine wash, as this will encourage your glove to shrink. -
Absolutely! The WR Silk Exfoliator will remove the dead skin on the surface (that’s what you’ll see as peel) along with unclogging pores and loosening any ingrowing hairs. Alternatively, you may not see any peel at all, as this is dependent on how often you exfoliate and your skin type. But rest assured, your glove will still be working to effectively exfoliate your skin.

We recommend replacing the glove every 3 / 4 months to ensure continued effectiveness and hygiene.
Shipping

Wild Rymba ensures products are safely and carefully packed so customers anywhere can enjoy a full experience. Thus, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors out of our control.
Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient. Wild Rymba will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss.

Terms & Conditions:- We ship within 3 working days after your order has been processed.
- Shipping time takes 2-7 working days to be delivered to you.
- Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. boxes.
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email provided with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.
- Orders are packed, shipped and delivered on working days only (Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays)
- In rare cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accidents, unscheduled events, etc.
- Wild Rymba will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss or packages that are marked as Delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by our shipping partner, products will not be replaced.
- Any packages returned to us due to complications from the recipient (unclaimed, wrong address, undeliverable), will result in a refund to the customer for all inventory that is not delivered. Unfortunately, because the shipping label purchased was used in these circumstances, we will not refund shipping costs or taxes.

- Shipping time takes up to 7-10 working days.
- Import duties, taxes and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's custom tax threshold.
- Wild Rymba ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
- We do not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labelled "Delivered" by the post office carrier.
